On 5  May 2018 , Mmabatho Palms donated mugs, rusks, tea, coffee and other necessities for their coffee station at the Provincial JOC to the value of R3 000. The JOC (Joint Operations Centre) runs 24hrs and was established to handle all protest related communications in the greater Mahikeng area. With winter fast approaching, the members were very appreciative of the gesture and commended Mmabatho Palms for supporting their community.
