Overall Rating
Guest ratings generally place it around 3.5 to 4 stars out of 5. It’s appreciated for its location and amenities, though some improvements in decor and service could make it a more appealing stay.
We waited quite a while for our food, but the chef personally apologized, explaining that the queen prawns took longer to prepare. I do wish they offered more sauce options for those who are lactose intolerant.
As for the dessert, it was exceptional—worthy of a Michelin star (the chef will understand).
One note: please reduce the waiting time or at least inform us upfront how long the food will take. Overall, thank you for the experience!
