1. General Admission

  • Entry is strictly by valid ticket or confirmed guest list.
  • No persons under 18 will be permitted entry. Valid ID must be presented at the gate.
  • Re-entry is not permitted once you leave the venue.
  • Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.

2. Venue Rules

  • The Slab Area is a designated entertainment space; management reserves the right to limit capacity for safety reasons.
  • Attendees must follow all security, staff, and crowd management instructions at all times.
  • No outside food, drinks, cooler boxes, or alcohol will be allowed into the venue.
  • Weapons, drugs, and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited.
  • The use of hookahs, vapes, or open flames is not permitted within the event perimeter.

3. Safety & Liability

  • The event will operate under strict safety and crowd control protocols.
  • Mmabatho Palms will not be held liable for loss, injury, damage, or theft sustained on the premises.
  • Guests attend the event at their own risk.
  • In case of emergency, please follow staff and security guidance immediately.

4. Conduct

  • Disruptive, aggressive, or intoxicated behaviour will result in removal from the venue.
  • Respect other guests, performers, and staff.
  • Management reserves the right of admission and removal without refund.

5. Filming & Photography

  • The event will be photographed and recorded for promotional purposes.
  • By entering the venue, guests grant consent to the use of their images in marketing and media content.

6. Event Changes & Cancellations

  • Management reserves the right to alter the lineup, schedule, or venue layout without prior notice.
  • In the unlikely event of cancellation or postponement, official communication will be made via Mmabatho Palms’ verified channels.

7. Parking & Access

  • Free parking is available within the resort; vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk.
  • Guests are encouraged to arrive early to avoid congestion and to comply with security screening.

8. Responsible Enjoyment

  • Please drink responsibly.
  • Do not drink and drive — arrange a designated driver or transport service in advance.

Although not as it used to be prior the unfortunate blaze, it is still a great place to go if you’re looking a quite time with friends/loved one, great for smaller en bigger group gatherings. The staff is friendly and always welcome guests with a smile on their face. Is it well maintained, security is up to standard. The restaurant is also great for a quick bite or for a sit down meal with reasonable prices. Complements to the chef(great job). An all round place to relaxation away from the busyness of the small town. Always enjoy my time here
